Recommended use: Take 1 mPill® daily on a regular basis. It is advisable to take it at the same time each day. For optimal results, take in combination with intermittent fasting (12-16 hours). While taking, it is recommended to avoid processed foods, fried foods, alcohol, and energy drinks. Consume a sufficient amount of vegetables, limit sugar and coffee intake. Take for at least 3 months.

Course of use: In the first few days of use, some individuals may experience slight mood or energy changes, increased mucus production, bloating, or more frequent bowel movements and urination. These reactions are a common sign that the active ingredients are beginning to work on restoring the body’s overall balance. After a few days of regular use, these symptoms should subside.

Recommended storage: mPill® is a live bioactive product and should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-6°C.
